A collection of our wine and liquor flavored chocolates: The wine portion includes our Spicy Rouge (dark chocolate ganache with sparkling red wine and organic cayenne pepper), Lavender Mead (organic lavender and traditional English Mead wine in a milk chocolate ganache), and our Sonoma Merlot (dark chocolate ganache with a healthy dose of wine). The spirits portion of the collection includes Coco Rum (toasted organic coconut, white chocolate and rum), Mont Blanc (all white chocolate with Kirsch liquor and a brandied cherry), and the newest member of the spirits family, Elderflower (a blend of citrus and elderflower liquor in a dark chocolate ganche).
